FolkEast were delighted to join with Thorington Theatre to bring three special folk concerts to the spectacular theatre in the woods in 2023. The old bomb crater from WW11 was  transformed into a magical theatre space and constructed with the smallest carbon footprint possible; the timber sourced through sensitive and sustainable coppicing of the surrounding chestnut trees. Unique and bewitching, the Thorington Theatre makes for a perfect setting for a memorable evenings entertainment.
