This will only be when purchasing tickets through the Site , By Telephone, By Post or from a Mailing List sign-up at an event put on by FolkEast Productions Ltd. - If you opt-in through a form on our website, purchasing tickets through Eventbrite our Online Ticket Provider, or by signing up to a Mailing List in person to receive our marketing communication with news, updates and events, we will ask you for your email address.
- We may contact you about any events, offers or services that FolkEast Productions Ltd can offer that you have expressed an interest in.
- Demographic information helps us to develop and improve our services by understanding our audience and contributors
- Dealing with any complaints you may have

- You are able to Un-subscribe at anytime through the Un-Subscribe button on the digital Newsletter or by contacting info@folkeast.co.uk

The Organisation is based in Woodbridge, Suffolk in Great Britain. All data is processed in-house and we do not share your details with any third parties. Your information may be passed on to people within The Organisation only. Your Email address will be used to send you marketing communication. You must opt-in to this feature. We do not automatically add you after purchasing tickets through. Any marketing communication you receive will contain instructions to “opt-out” or “ uns-subscribe” should you wish to stop receiving them in the future. In addition, if you “opt-out” or “un-subscribe” , any details supplied to us through our registration form will be removed from our database.
