Sarah is back once more to teach adult yoga in the mornings. Everyone is welcome – she tailors the poses for your level of experience. Sarah will have some yoga mats with her, but if you have brought one, do take it along.
Note: if you have any medical conditions, please speak to Sarah before starting the class.

Step away from the distractions and noise of the day into calm, acoustic soundscapes providing space for relaxation and meditation. The beautiful ancient church provides the perfect setting for this relaxed and informal sharing of music, and a quiet place for reflection.


Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking uses specially designed poles to enhance your natural walking experience. With a technique that is similar to the upper body action of classic cross-country skiing, Nordic Walking is a whole-body exercise that can be enjoyed at many levels, from walking for health to athletic Nordic running. In this one-hour taster session, participants will be introduced to the history and benefits of Nordic Walking and will then get a chance to try out the technique.

Poles will be provided. Limited spaces and pre-booking is essential.
