How do I book?

Pitches for up to six people can be purchased.  This is so we can adhere to the guidelines of a maximum of six people meeting together, friends or family, including your self. Individual tickets cannot be purchased.

The cost of a picnic pitch is £120. Monies raised will go to the artists and technical crew involved  in the event.

One person will register for the pitch and the names and details of the other (up to 5) persons given. All details will be held in line with Government recommendations and our Privacy Policy.

We are running two identical concerts, one on each day.

The Saturday will be being live streamed so there will be camera people moving around the site.

All pitches will be numbered and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

This will be a ticketless registration to avoid contact on arrival.

What can I bring?

Please bring a picnic!  Attendees will be encouraged to bring their own food and drink, their own camping chairs and weather protection NB this is August so we could get Sun, wind, rain all in one day!!

No gazebos, bivvies garden parasols. Ponchos are preferable to brollies.

To avoid additional contact on site there are no food and drink concessions at the event.

How will I get there?

Details of the site in Blaxhall, Suffolk and how to get there will be emailed to each registered pitch holder. We recommend cycling if you can but there is plenty of room to park.  I am afraid that we are unable to provide a bus service from the station.

We will continue to work with East Suffolk Council to make sure Virtually FolkEast -Live is a COVID Secure and safe event. Should we have to cancel the live concerts at any time, all those who have registered will be contacted and all pitch purchases will be refunded.
