Tickets and wristbands
All tickets are subject to availability and terms and conditions.
We use Ticketscript as our online tickets sales provider. They provide electronic and mobile tickets and are a secure and reliable service for FolkEast customers. Your “ticket” has a unique bar code and will be scanned in on the day you attend the festival. An Order Form can be downloaded under the BY POST section on the TICKETS page. Tickets will be delivered First Class Signed For and will require a signature to ensure they arrive safely to the correct person.
Tickets will be available from a selection of Tourist Information centres and shops from the end of June 2018.
Please keep your tickets safe and bring them with you when you come to the festival, because you will need to exchange each ticket for a wristband. Wristbands cannot be issued without a ticket/electronic ticket. If lost there will be no ticket replacement.
Wristbands cannot be replaced if lost and will be fitted on to your wrist when you arrive. Please note that wristbands are not exchangeable and can only be sealed once.
Anyone found in possession of a cut or defaced wristband may be asked to leave the festival.
Tickets are valid from Friday to Sunday for access to the main arena. A camping ticket allows access to the campsite ,Thursday 16th August 2018 from 2pm until Monday 20th August, midday. When individual day tickets are purchased they are valid for the day only and will end when the main arena is closed for the night.

Please bring proof of entitlement with you to the event or you might be charged full price. Thank you.
ALL UNDER 18s MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. If you think your age will be questioned please bring personal identification.
Child and Youth Tickets and Camping for the under 18s
All under 18’s tickets must be purchased with at least 1 designated Adult ticket.
Children – 11 years old and under are allowed free entry.
Youth (12 – 17 years old) – Youths will not be permitted entrance without being accompanied by an adult. If camping, we ask that the Adult camp with or close to the Youth’s camping pitch.
When booking tickets for children 11 and under please indicate in the box provided how many 11 and under you are booking for. Individual tickets are not issued for children and they will receive a wristband on entering the site. We ask that contact details are written on the wristbands for peace of mind.
All prices include VAT. All prices are per person.
Please do not arrive at Glemham Hall Estate before 2pm on Thursday 16th August 2018 as access to the campsite will not be permitted before then.
There will be a designated area where you will be able to park next door to your tent and an area for camping only where cars will be parked in the car park near the tent only campsite.
There is plenty of space for camper vans and small caravans but please note that there is no electric hook up available.
No Bonfires or personal petrol generators allowed on the campsite. Chinese lanterns are also not permitted.
What can you bring?:
This is working estate and the land will be returned to the grazing animals once the festival has packed up and gone home. It is the responsibility of us all to keep the site clean and safe. We are always delighted to see how little litter there is around site once everyone has packed up and gone. Thank you for respecting the environment.
No glass is permitted on the Main Festival Site and random bag searches might take place at the gate on entrance. You may bring food and drink (including alcohol) into the campsites but please do not bring food or drink (apart from bottled water) into The Arena. We have some lovely food outlets which will all be selling at a reasonable price.
No explosives, illegal substances, or anything else illegal or dangerous onto the site.
We cannot be responsible for your possessions, so please be careful what you bring and where you leave them. Do not leave bags unattended on the festival site as they will be removed and may be destroyed ( only in extreme circumstances!). Your bag may be searched by our security team at the gate.
We will have an Information Tent where you can find out where things are, and lost property may be found there. We will also have a phone charging point.
Please do not leave children unattended!
Artists and Programmed Events
FolkEast Productions Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel events as advertised if necessary.
No photography or filming is allowed of the stages or artists please.
Refunds can be given before the event but only by writing to FolkEast Productions Ltd, PO Box 325, Woodbridge, Ip12 9DS , before May 31st 2018. There will be no ticket refunds or refunds for stall pitches after that date.
